**Dr. Jill Moore will be relocating to the Midwest in mid-June, 2024 to be closer to her family.  While we will miss her presence here, we believe this change opens up new opportunities for her and her loved ones.  We understand that this change may impact your scheduled appointment(s). Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring continuity of care for our patients.  If you have an appointment scheduled July or later, we will be reaching out to reschedule your appointment with either Dr. Anna Hare or Amy Simpson, PA-C. Both providers will have access to your medical records and are highly qualified and dedicated to providing excellent continued dermatology care.**

Dr. Moore grew up in Iowa, and spent much of her youth studying music, primarily the violin and flute. She obtained a B.A. in Biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, and and M.D. from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.  

After completing her intern year in Iowa, she moved to Portland to work with Dr. Rich as a clinical research nail diseases fellow.  She completed her dermatology residency at Oregon Health and Science University in 2014, and has been practicing general medical and surgical dermatology in our clinic ever since.  

Outside of the office, she enjoys playing the violin in a community orchestra, and spending time with her husband and two sons. ,
